Individual Peer Support

We are available by appointment for One-on-One Peer Support during any of the stages of post traumatic stress. This includes immediately following a CISM debriefing/diffusion and delayed reactions to stress. We specialize in prevention and preparation of post traumatic stress in first responders. Peer support can be very proactive in dealing with first responders who may be experiencing problems unrelated to an incident, such as family issues, financial difficulties, stress or anxiety, and substance abuse. We can assist in identifying early warning signs in first responders before the issues become problematic.

Group Support

Fundamentally, group support is aimed at facilitating trauma resolution, skill-building, and self-care. At HOLD FAST, participants will build awareness of the various kinds of post trauma related stress. Our primary group focuses on trauma and grief recovery, trigger management, and prevention of chronic stress. With the guidance of our trained peer support specialists, you can heal alongside your brothers and sisters in a safe, confidential setting.
